Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 12 hours before delivery time without giving any reason for doing so.

We will reimburse You no later than 1 days from the day on which We receive your cancellation. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for Returns
Because of the specialisation of products at Spring Flowers and Decor, we regret to refuse returns of the product after it has been delivered to the recipient. To ensure service quality, however, we always send the finished product photo to the customer and only deliver when you have received your confirmation.
