Delivery & Checking Policy

Spring Flowers and Decor (“we” and “us”) is the operator of ( (“Website”). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

Spring Flowers and Decor always aim to provide the best delivery service for all your orders.

After you successfully place an order at website, we will send an email to notify you, which includes the details of your order successfully placed. Spring Flowers will not call to confirm the order to avoid disturbing you.
In case it is necessary to add information for delivery, Spring Flowers will actively contact you through the contact details you have provided.

  1. Shipping Costs
    Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.
    This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.
  2. Delivery Terms
    2.1 Local delivery
    We accept delivery in Ho Chi Minh City only at the present.
    We will pack and deliver to you ourselves to ensure the product delivered to you is the most complete, unless you have other self-delivery requirements.
    (In case you arrange the shipping yourself, if there is a mistake due to the transportation process, we will not be responsible for solving it, we hope for your understanding.)
    2.2 Delivery time
    We will deliver to your provided address at the provided time. Orders placed before 08 PM – UTC/GMT+7 can be delivered the same day (within 2 hours after our confirmation).
    For Delivery, our delivery staff will call the receiver to ensure they are available to accept the delivery. If we cannot contact the receiver we will not be able to deliver the flowers. We will call the person who ordered the flowers to inform them of the situation.
    2.3 Change Of Delivery Address

    2.4 Local pick up
    In-store pick up is available from 7 am to 8 pm.
  3. Checking Terms

    Before receiving the product, you are entitled to inspect the product. Please open the package to check to make sure the order is delivered with the correct design and quantity as ordered.

    After agreeing with the delivered item, you pay with our delivery staff (in case the order is shipped COD) and receive the goods.

    In case you are not satisfied with the product, you can refuse to receive the goods. Here, we will contact you directly so that we can discuss how to handle:
    + Modify/change products
    + Get the product back and refund according to the method you paid.
